Typical if your vehical comes from the factory with a tow package it should be charging from the center of the plug. If this was an aftermarket 7pin plug more then likely you will have to have it...

Have you tried disconnecting your battery for about 5 minutes and reconnecting. What this does is... bring back your default settings.

The self leveling shocks have internal valving and the coil springs are different with these shocks, Dodge uses this same system on the LC and LX plate forms and you have to change the coil springs...
