Default Think I might of gotten ripped off :/

So here's alittle quick background on the subject, I bought my 2000 durango with a 4x4 5.9L. Truck has 180k on the body and has a jasper motor with 76k on it. Paid $1,300 for the truck And when we picked it up he showed us a lift kit he offered us for $300 and he would even put it on. Said it was a 2" suspension lift and 4" body lift, showed us everything shocks, shackles, blocks the hole 9 yards. So I jumped on I since on my way there I picked up a set of 33"s for $300 with still 50% tread. Sorry for running on now here's the issue.
Looking at the suspension I do not believe there is any form of suspension lift that it is only a body lift, but in the back it does look to be aftermarket shackles. On a plus side I'm running 33x12.5x15 bf goodtich mud-terrains with no rubbing. I am completely new the the offroad scene. I've had every form of vehicle now but this is the first 4x4. Since purchasing it I added a pioneer DVD head unit led interior bulbs hid headlights, fog lights, and 35w offroad lights. Not countin having to redo the rear brakes new radiator, new drivers side window motor, passenger side door lock and now I found a rigged patch in the boot by the passenger side front hub (pic shown).
Any info would be awesome. Thanks guys

If he did a 2" suspension lift it would most likely consist of 2" blocks or lift shackles on the rear and re-adjusting the torsion bars on the front. Torsion bars can be adjusted to get almost 3" of lift without having to buy new indexing keys.
