swervn Does the 2006 have a flasher for the turn signals that is replaceable?

jkelly16 Anything is possible. With newer vehicles it does not take much to screw up anything electrical.

[email protected] I did notice the trailer hitch is wired into this side to get power etc. It hasn't worked for a few years. Could this be the reason? I was going to disconnect it & see. Its worth a shot

jkelly16 I would not think so. Hyper-blink is usually caused by loss of load detected (bulb out) to inform you ones out. I would also check everything on the opposite end and check the grounds. I don't have a clue where they ground the harness's at but you can usually trace the harness's back from the sockets & find them.

[email protected] I Took it apart again. I saw there are 3 small bulbs ( #3057 etc. ) & one very small bulb. All 4 are lit up. I even exchanged some of them & still the same result. Cleaned the connections & looks fine. Is there something in the fuse box that might be bad?

jkelly16 Only thing I can throw out is to double check as you'd be surprised how many people miss that a bulb is out (2 bulbs on rear, 1 blinking). I'd also check the side marker bulbs including the side mirrors if yours has the bulbs in them. Also since it does it only when lights are off maybe bad ground? Might want to check inside the lamp sockets also. It does not take much to throw the electronics off in modern vehicles.

fast blinking turn signal

Left side started blinking fast so I changed the bulb & everything seemed ok. Next day same side started fast blinking again. I looked everything over & all the bulbs are on. I did notice it only fast blinks when the lights are turned off. Any suggestions?
