Honestly, I'm surprised to hear that Chysler's response has been so passive. I had a rust issue with my previous vehicle that they fixed after the rust warranty for a $50 deductible.

An issue like this doesn't take rocket science to resolve. I think taking it to an alignment specific shop is a good idea as they can do more than adjust to factory recommendations to correct the issue.

Possibly consider writing a letter to Chrysler Corporate. Letters are great for documentation but also can be very powerful in getting action.

Good luck!

It took my dealership 8 alignments to get my vehicle driving in a straight line. I still believe there is likely a defective part which contributed to the alignment issues, but the dodge techs claimed there wasn't. My tech was supposed to send the actual numbers to dodge, in case anyone was experiencing the same troubles. Maybe take it back in and see if they can track down my file which was handled at the Dodge Dealership in Spruce Grove, AB

Default Pulling with a full load

My 13 Durango pulls to one side when the whole family rides. Also when I have a cargo full. Its the V6. First started a month after purchase. Dealer could find nothing wrong. Yesterday noticed a slight sway in the rear, again with two adults sitting in the middle. Anyone else?
