So far it seems like it's just the Citadels that are doing it. Any one else with another trim having the same issue?

My headliner just started to rattle around the rear heat controls. 13000 miles on it now.

It's pretty loud and consistent.

Will have to bring it in and get it looked at.

My rattle was fixed by the a tech who figured out it was the hood misaligned with the fender. All gone for now...

We have a '13 HEMI Citadel and my wife kept telling me there's a "buzzing" in the dash at certain speeds. After fiddling around trying everything I could to make it buzz....I drove it and figured it was coming from the driver's side left leg area like you guys are describing. I determined that it is the parking brake mechanism that's vibrating at certain times on rough roads or bridges.
I complained to the dealer and they tightened the nuts....this made it worse. I think maybe a little spray grease in the mechanism may quiet it down, but haven't tried it yet.

BTW ours currently has 28,000 miles.

It previously had a terrible rattle in the headliner behind the driver's head....especially when you would shut the doors. It turned out it was the roof support bracket bolts were not tightened down and the whole bracket was flexing and rattling. I don't blame this on the factory, however...as the dealer had to fix a sunroof issue and messed up all kinds of things in the headliner...including the headliner itself. They had to replace that at about $2,000 total. Needless to say, after a big fiasco of the dealer screwing up a number of things....I'll never go back to them and filed about 7 complaints against them with Chrysler Corporate.

You guys should check your parking brake mechanism.....hold your foot on th epedal while the noise is occurring. That's where my buzz/rattle comes from.

Default Driver's side dash rattle

[QUOTE=Tooly;4942]Had a dash rattle in my 2012 Crew. Dealer had to remove dash cluster and found a stray piece of plastic left over from manufacturing in there. All OK now but was very annoying.[/Q

I have the same dash rattle in my 2012 Crew. Do you recall how much the dealer charged for this?

This sounds like the problem I'm experiencing with my 2012 Crew. Do you remember what the dealer all removed to find that stray piece of plastic?

Update: My dealer determined yesterday that the plastic vent cover just below the windshield (it's a couple feet long) was the primary rattle source as a couple of clips had broken off. They also found the steering wheel cover is loose and will replace the steering wheel cover.
