Use a piece of chalk and color in the inside if the rear bumper cover. You should have no problem seeing the lines after that. It wasn't that hard to do, you'll be glad to do it yourself. If you have any questions PM me. Good luck.

Just an update on what I've found out lately... It seems the '13 blacktop package durangos use the rt front and rear facias. When you order an oem hitch they don't have a listing for the blacktop package even ordering by vin number won't correct this. The bezel in the package for non-rt's will be wrong most likely on a blacktop... No biggie as the other bezel fits correctly. My dealer just swapped bezels when we figure this out. Just FYI, the regular bezel is not only sized and shaped wrong in this instance, but the mounting tabs will be off and the correct bezel will have a slight curve to it that the wrong one doesn't have. So even trying to cut the hole to fit what you have won't work right. Again this is only for the blacktop package.

As for now, just a bike rack and other small things I wouldn't even need the wiring for yet. I'm thinking about installing the Mopar Class IV hitch and buying a different aftermarket wiring harness that works off of the taillights to make it easier. I won't need the brake controller or anything hardcore, so why bother with the factory wiring harness?
Yeah.... about towing only 6,200lbs....

I installed my tow hitch without making a hole in the bumper.
I just need to figure out the wiring part.

Was it a factory hitch? I can't see how it's installed without the bumper cover being cut...?

You think I can pull my car on a trailer?
The reason I ask because the hitch is not mounted to the frame. I know I can pull regular trailers but I don't know about a car though.
