Dodge didn't use a MAF did they? I don't think so but I'm not real familiar with the 4.7. I would start with the O2 sensor before the cat on bank 1.

2000 Durango,PO171 Trouble Code
Hi Everyone!
I have a 2000 Durango 4.7 Liter which has the engine code PO 171.
My scanner says the engine is running too lean on bank 1. The engine idle is about 500rpm and a little rough. I noticed I lost acceleration power.
Bank1 is the side with cly#1 which is on the left side of the engine.
Could I need a MAF sensor? Could it be a dirty fuel filter or a vaccum leak?
What do you think?
