2002 Durango Instrument Info Cntr LED's - Voltage ?

Need to solder a new LED into the instrument cluster circuit board. I doubt that this circuit board gets 12 volts fed to it or the LED's, can someone advise ? What voltage LED should I solder in to the circuit board to repalce the indicator that is out ?

You could test it with a meter to see. However it might be difficult to do.
