Hi folks, I have a 2018 Dodge Durango GT and am having radio issues. I have tried every reset I can find on YouTube and online using multiple push button actions , NOTHING seems to work and can’t get radio to reset or update software. When I am listening to radio, or XM or even on phone it keeps knocking me off Line or constantly changing the channel that I am tuned into it’s driving me mad . Any advice would be appreciated .

Where are you located? We had a very similar issue before in my wife's 2016 Durango. It was only on XM and only when we were in South Dakota in the Badlands area. We thought it was a fluke, but happened on two different occasions. We would be listening to a channel and then randomly the channel would change to something else. We have over 120K miles from travelling the U.S. and this was the only place it happened and each time was years apart.
