Hello and Happy New Year to all.
The wife just picked up a 21 GT with the Uconnect 4 and 8.4 screen. I installed android auto on her Galaxy S7 (yes S7) and followed the installation promps. The Android auto icon appears on touch screen but just endlessly try’s to load. It shows that the app is functioning on the phone but will not open on the radio. I’m hoping it’s as simple as her phone being a dinosaur but have read others are having similar problems with other android phones a lot newer than hers. Does anyone use an S7 with their Durango? The phone works for hands free calls via Bluetooth but will not import her contacts or text messages. Phone is running android8. Thanks for reading and thanks for having me as a new member.

Call Dodge Customer Care, your 21 is still under warranty and they should be able to assign someone to help you.

Your old phone is probably 3K and all the new phones are 5K makes a big difference connecting with the systems. Time for a new phone.
