Throttle body spacers have been repeatedly shown to be nothing more than a waste of money. I'd say save it.

I put one on my wife's sequoia and noticed an increase in throttle response
I had one on my 2000 Durango with 5.9L and it did absolutely nothing. I gave it away just to get rid of it.
Snake oil and a complete waste of money.
with modern day fuel injected engines, nope.
