Mine did that. I was able to remove the connector from the gear shift (under the car) and tap the selector arm with a hammer to get it to move. Be sure to chock the wheels just to be safe.
actually shifted up and back through all the gears a few times and it freed up. when it warms up and stays warm i will climb under and lube everything up.
