i have the same question as you. Im not sure because when its hot i can feel pressure in my hose but im not sure if water is in it. My truck acts like it want to overheat but doesnt get but alittle over halfway. That isnt normal is it? but when i put some in the radiator cap part it doesnt anymore. And the reservoir is full so idk
coolant level?
I have a 2000 r/t with the 5.9. Should there be coolant in the top radiator hose when the engine is cool? When I pull the cap, the hhose is always empty. If I fill it and run it I think the coolant goes into the overflow tank, but does not suck back in as it cools.
