Not sure you can but many times that type of info is contained in the owners manual.
I read a story about some law enforcement folks in Mexico being pursued in an armored Toyota, by drug gangs. Once cornered, the police put their car (a Toyota!) in park. The bullets couldn't penetrate the specially armored car, but once that really smart Toyota system unlocked all the doors, all the agents were killed.I figured it out, thanks.
My Durango manual is very basic.
Toyota's have a feature to customize the door lock settings at the ACC ignition position. Lock when shifting into gear, unlock when shifting into park, take no action, exc... I had trouble customizing it so I had my dealer mechanic set it. He pluged in his toughbook and showed me the screen for the options available. It was set easily. I was hoping dodge has someting similar.
