Engine Issues

So trying to determine what the issue is here. Just purchased a 2001 Durango 4.7 for a steal of a price. I am trying to figure out what is wrong with the engine. A little background is that is has been sitting about two years. I am going to empty the gas tomorrow in it but would like some suggestions as to what else. Thanks. PhotoBucket says the attempt has failed. In other words when I try to watch your movie....it does not play.

im not sure becuase the video isnt working, but is the RPM's jumpig around 500-1000?

easy fix. get a new IAC at autozone for arounf 60$. its located on the same side of the throttle body as the TPS. i believe its the module underneath the TPS

that or clean the throttle body. or clean the throttle body
