Well just lost the engine in my 2003 durango and was looking around and wanted to know if anyone has done a engine swap from a 4.7L to a 5.9L? and trying to see if anyone knows if the tranny from the 4.7 will work with the 5.9 or do I have to change it also? If yeah then where might I find a used 4.7 for under $800 in the maryland area?

You won't find a 4.7 for less than $2000. Usually closer to $4000. 5.9 needs different tranny, PCM and a host of other things... Why take the step backwards? The 5.7 Hemi swap is becoming more common, and a Hemi costs much less then 4.7s - I can get 'em here in overpriced Canada for as little as $1200! Bolts up to the 5-45RFE, uses the same computer (2003+ 4.7 PCM), people have started making and selling motor mounts and oil pans for the swap... Something to look into.
