Sounds like an electrical problem. Maybe a sensor?

fuel rail not pressured
Hey how is everyone doing. I have a 2002 Dodge durango. has the 4.7 v8 in it. I just got done replaying the fuel pump, and i still have the same problem that i did before.
It is cranking over and over but wont fire. The fuel rail has no pressure. The car has alittle over 3/4 of a tank and when the key is on the start possition the gas gage is reading E.
Can anyone help me with my problem or atleast tell me something that i can check and see if it would work. thank you
