If you're wanting to reset your odometer then I believe the answer would be no. The only way I know of would be to replace the ECM. When you do that the VIN and milage have to be programed into the new one by a dealer using the starscan tool. I don't know of any dealer that would reset or modify the milage since that's against the law.
Now if for some reason your needles are off a little then you can remove the cluster from the dash. Take it apart and remove the needles. Then replace them in the proper position.
