i was driving home from work, headlights/foglights on, heater on low, when all of a sudden the rear wiper started moving, the switch was off, couldnt get it to stop, then the front wipers started moving, on and off, tried turning switch, then it stopped, then started a short time again, rear wiper still going, when i got home, turned the lights off, then my fog lights started blinking, but the rear wiper stopped with the lights were turned off, tried checking fuses, relays, but didnt help, has anyone had a problem like this? its a 2003 dodge durango slt, awd with 81000 miles, im the original owner. its about 20 degrees outside, have any suggestions???

I'd double check the ground lug under the dash on the driver's side to make sure it's tight...most electrical gremlins are caused by bad grounds.
