Hello to all. I will start by saying that I have never been a Chrysler or Dodge fan due to their vanilla design and reliability. But the new Durango really caught my eye and the fact that it shares it's frame and chassis with the merc gl. Made the decision to purchase it for my wife pretty easy. The ride in the new Durango is as good or better than the 06 ml350 that she traded in. The interior is surprisingly European modern and all the tech features make it enjoyable or our 5 and 3 year old kids. All in all..... Kudos Dodge. I just hope the suv feels this solid in 30-40k miles.
Welcome from Texas. I'm glad you finally found a Dodge you can enjoy.
I have to disagree with your assesment of "vanilla" styling though. Dodge has made some of the boldest designs of the last decade for sure. But, to each his own.
Congrats on the new ride.
