My 2005 Durango Limited , was struck by lightning the other night. When I got in it(unaware of what had happened0 the speedo read 55, the fuel gauge said full , and the engine temp was fairly warm. As I turned the key nothing happened except the rear wiper started , on its own ! AAA towed it to a dealer. My question is , what should I look for to make sure the repairs are all done properly? Fortunately my insurance covers all of it. Has this happened to anyone else. One other thing my tires are fairly new (3k) one was partially melted on the driveway.
Thanks
Michael

WOW, I've never heard of a car getting hit by lightning. That could cause all kinds of problems. Good luck gettin it all repaired.
I'd be considering a new car myself.
