I'm looking to buy a used car and I've found a Dodge RAM 1500 Hemi from 2014 with a salvage title that I'm interested in. It seems like a pretty decent deal, but I wanted to get a few more opinions before I make a decision.
The car is a 2014 Dodge RAM 1500 Hemi, with a salvage title. The price is reasonable, and the engine looks to be in good condition. I'm wondering if this car is a good purchase and if there are any potential pitfalls that I should watch out for.
Any advice from forum members who have experience with buying cars with a salvage title would be much appreciated. Are there any red flags that I should be aware of? Are there any particular things that I should look out for when inspecting the car? What kinds of maintenance should I do to ensure that the car remains in good condition?

HERE ARE MY UPDATES WITH RESPECT TO MY INITIAL REQUEST
Although at the time am writing this update I am yet to receive advice from you guys, someone said I needed to look up the History of the vehicle.
I used two vehicle history report companies, EpicVIN, and Detailed Vehicle History and the reports revealed that the car had 6 previous owners, had 1 reported accident, but the real reason why I will not go ahead to purchase this vehicle is that it has a Mileage discrepancy as the vehicle history report shows, which means the Odometer has been altered, am afraid there may be other things hiding inside of it.

I intend to get a mechanic before now, but I won't be doing this again.
