If i may impose on someone I have a 1999 durango and just had to change the rear brakes and drums again .it seems that the rear brakes always seem to be on .what I had to do was change the rear wheel cylinders and brakes and drums and hardware. Well I started to bleed the brakes from the rear right side first then the front right side first .I did it all and just happen to have the rear end in the air and tried to spin the rear tires and they wouldn't spin so I took the rear end off the stands and started the truck and tried to move it and the truck wouldn't move till Igave it alot of gas and it drove but I could smell brakes all the way down the street and by the way the self adjusters are screwed in all the way .

Did you buy new or reman wheel cylinders? I've actually had remans fail the first time I hit the brakes. I would start there.
