I can't believe how difficult it is to get a definitive answer on power steering fluid for a friggin Dodge! Guy at parts counter at Dealer said use "Power Steering Fluid +4" and "it's not the same thing as ATF+4". Online I'm reading it is the same thing but not from official sources. Guy at O'Reilly's tells me ATF1, which I don't think is right.
The Mopar website is garbage. I ran into a hassle trying to find the proper coolant also. Why has Dodge made replacing fluids such an obstacle course?!

Please help...

The coolant is pretty clear cut, not sure about the PSF. Chrysler is like everyone else, trying to make sure you buy from them. My guess is the only difference between the PSF & ATF is the color.
