I have a 2012 Durango Citadel and have this intermittent problem where randomly, my radio will get stuck. I cannot change channels, volume or even turn it off. The only resolution I have found is to turn my truck off and wait at least five minutes before starting it up. If I don't wait that few minutes and just stop and restart the truck right away, the radio will still be stuck. I have even had it where I turn the truck off and the radio stays on.

Again, this is a very random issue. I have had it happen repeatedly for a few days and then nothing for months. It just happened again this weekend.
