that repair is not always the problem its the plastic shims where the screw drives are in he track they brake and new ones need to be made from like nylone bushings or washers grinded down

My '03 does this. It bothered me for a bit but I've gotten used to it and I think if I fixed it my seat would just be weird lol. It only moves about a quarter inch at the moment. This is good to know if it get worse.
