Anyone have the step bars, molded running boards, and/or splash guards on their 2011 Durango? Looking for pics of the dodge specific accessories on the new 2011 so I can decide.

Thanks

I called my dealer last month and asked about getting mud flaps and they said that they weren't available yet. Hopefully soon!
Well how about that. How did we survive before ebay?
Here are some photos I found. Here is the link.

Also, this is the company I always purchase my truck hood protector and window shields from, they do not have the 2011 Dodge durango available yet, but will mid June. This is the response I received from them.

"We are currently working on parts for that vehicle. It looks like we should be releasing them mid-June. The part number for the Hood Protector is 2262, and the Sidewinds 6259."

Looks like they just completed it.

Looks to country for me takes away from the clean aggresive lines of the frontend of the Durango. Would be curious if anyone has a clear bra or something else to keep the look and still protect the paint.

What I find with running boards is that if you are fairly tall they just get in the way. The step down to the running board is too shallow, and if you bypass the running board, the step to the ground is too long. I guess if you are short, then the step the running board and then to the ground are each just right.

4U2NVY,

I agree a hood deflector would really takes away from the aggresive front end of the Durango. There are several products that would do what you are asking for. One of the products I know best is called Clear Shield. It is applied to your front end similiar to putting on window tint, is a transparent urethane film that allows the paint to breathe yet protects from bugs and chips and can be removed.
I just put Owen running boards on my ride. They set lower than the OEM. I also have the OEM mud guards. They compliment each other. I mainly wanted them for protection against gravel. They do reduce your ground clearance a few inchs. 6.5" clearance is what I have.

I haven't seen any running boards yet that truly compliment the lines of the new Durango. But that's just my personal opinion.
